Okay before you jump, scream, swear, kill, cry, yell at another persons ear, and wait forever to see this... there are some flaws

:bulletblack: doing the water sucks more, and don't mind the glow...

Anyways, she is all colored now... and all the coloring is done with a mouse!

If you guys want to kill me into little tiny pieces... now it's the time...

Nah, I'm over that! They are awesome! And for the water, first I use airbrush, no matter what size, all the way for shading and highlighting. Set it at 50% and the layers are linear burn, and color dodge, and use the shades of grey, mostly 50% grey. and if that wasn't enough, I use layer style,and add outer and inner glow, but the results may vary.
